How can I track my order?
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. For any pickup order, you will recieve a text when it's ready in store.

What is your return policy?
- We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If product is returned damaged, you will likely not recieve any type of refund unless product was damage before hand.

- No international shipping. But, we ship across New Zealand.

- We add tax on all our products and also include shipping cost to cover all expenses.
